Yeah, your kids tried to get mine to go the hug bug route when they were here...didn't work. Justee is getting pretty good at landing a proper punch. :)

Love this idea! I'm gonna jump on the hug bug bandwagon. :-)

Trey saving the hugs for you honestly made me a bit emotional...that's a grandma for ya! Hug Bug is the best!

Love it! Thanks for showing up my beetle bug drawing skills though...grrrrr... :) I guess we'll have to hug bug later.

My kids r driving me crazy with the slug bugs too. I think Pocatello has more of them than anywhere I have been. My kids also play "bingo". You get to punch someone when you see a yellow car and yell bingo. Our slug bugs don't involve slugging though, when someone sees one they say slug bug what color? Then everyone has to guess until they get it right. Harmless, but annoying. I think I will introduce hug bug. What a great idea.

Ugh...I hate Slug Bugs, too. Try driving cross country like we did this summer. I think each child had a bruised arm!

We'll try Hug Bugs and report back!

How sweet! The whole slug bug game hasn't taken off in our family, but once it does--I'm changing it to hug bug. :)
